Electro Tech Traineeships in Full Swing

YouthWorX NT’s Certificate II in Electro Technology, proudly supported by Charles Darwin University and the Northern Territory Department of Business, are now in full swing.

Eight new trainees will be spending the next six months learning essential skills in the electrical technology industry at Charles Darwin University.

Trainee Alex Lock said he was taking the traineeship to get a head start in the electro tech industry, so he could get an electrical apprenticeship later in life.

“I find the problem solving quite interesting. It will help me stand out from other applicants when applying for roles in the electrical field.” – Marc Chadwick, 24.
