Transition to Work is a free service that supports young people aged 15-24 on their journey to employment or education. The program will help you to identify your talents, develop a meaningful career plan, build your skills and capabilities, and take part in real-world opportunities such as work experience, internships and accredited training. We will help you get ready for work, find a job, and keep it.

The success of our TtW program inspired the creation of the YouthWorX NT Leadership Academy, providing meaningful opportunities for participants to directly share the services designed to support them.
