Introducing the most passionate team of youth training professionals in the NT (and perhaps the world!). Anyone who has visited the YouthWorX NT office instantly feels the energy of the positive atmosphere. This is because our team live and breathe their values in the workplace, helping people to connect with their dreams and reach their potential.
Our team is comprised of a group of exceptional individuals from a variety of backgrounds and career pathways – all committed to living with purpose and contributing with heart. We see through the lens of Advantaged Thinking, meaning we see solutions where there are problems and potential where there is deficit. One of our favourite things to do is to find out-of-the-box solutions in response to a challenge – whether this is for ourselves, others or for the community we serve.
