WHAT IS YOUTH TRANSITIONS?
At YouthWorX NT, we support young people aged 15–24 to move confidently into work, apprenticeships, training, or further education through our Youth Transitions programs and services.
Our participants receive tailored, pre-employment support designed to build practical skills, explore career pathways, and prepare for the world of work. We also help connect young people with local job opportunities, education and training providers, and community services that can support their journey.
