How it Works
What to Expect
Young people take diverse pathways into adulthood, and do not necessarily follow a direct pathway.
We strive to enable each young person to identify who they are now, who they want to be in the future and what they want to do to reach future employment plans to achieve positive results. We help you to develop a co-design plan that includes several different life goals depending on your aspirations for the future.
The plan will be delivered over four phases:
- Guidance and exploration
- Work preparation
- Workplace opportunities
- Post placement support
Services Included
While the program will be tailored to your individual needs and goals, we can provide services under the below NDIS Support Items:
- School leaver employment supports
- Employment support
- Transition from school into further education
- Skills development and training
- Individual social skills development
