YouthWorX NT programs are all individually tailored to suit your needs, no matter where you are on your transition to find work and no matter what brought you to our doors.
We believe that every person is filled with talent and ability, so no matter how nervous you may be about what you want to do and how you will get there, we promise to give you the time and encouragement to help you find your talents and realise your dreams.
ENCOMPASS
Encompass offers person-centred employment related supports for young people, funded under the NDIS.
CAREER LAUNCHPAD
Support for talented young people to transition from school into the world of work. The program specifically helps young people with a diagnosed disability who cannot access an NDIS plan.
CAREER START
YouthWorX NT works with industry to identify skills shortages and hard to fill roles. CareerStart then works with eligible young people to engage in industry specific traineeships and apprenticeships to secure employment.
