Purple pathway representing NDIS job opportunities

The report provides an independent qualitative evaluation of the program based on group discussions and interviews with Career Launchpad participants, parents of participants, a participating employer and YouthWorX NT program staff.

We found that the Career Launchpad program has succeeded in meeting a clear need and gap that was experienced by participants throughout their school career.

This cohort of young people have had a hard time finding their place and progressing with educational outcomes with conventional schooling.

There are limited options for support with planning and implementing a career pathway that would suit their needs and support their learning styles.

The program has been highly effective at achieving its intended aims for participants.
